I'm Anna.

I am a person walking my own Agape Trail.

First and foremost I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, auntie, granddaughter, friend. In these roles I have found my vocation as a way-finder. I am Colorado girl living under the South African sun. I am an avid reader, historian, and researcher.  I am a believer: I believe in our connected oneness, in the Spirit of God, in the Spirit in you, and in the Spirit in me.

I believe that the essence of every single person is to give and receive love, and that the way that essence shows up is as diverse and unique as every single person in the world. My quest is to firstly, help you remember and connect with the incredible being you are, and secondly, to coach you on the path of finding, defining, and refining the unique purpose of your life. I am fascinated by the process of uncovering purpose, and my guidepost for this is agape.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in International Business (University of Denver) and a Master of Science with Distinction in Medieval Art History (University of Edinburgh).

The first era of my professional life was in finance. I started out as a trainee investment manager right out of college, was trading the day Lehman Brothers collapsed, and knew then it wasn’t the right career for me. After moving to South Africa I worked as a financial manager for a group of construction and development companies, following which I worked as a financial consultant for companies in business rescue. The final years of this part of my professional life were spent as the chief financial officer, photonics investment advisor and director of human resources for the world’s largest photonics industry association. I continue to enjoy an on-going advisory role in this organization.

I am an accredited Enneagram Practitioner and use this as a foundational tool for coaching my clients. I work with individuals, couples, teams and executives to bring greater awareness to themselves and to build habits of practice and thought for conscious choice in everyday moments.

I am an Enneagram Type 5.
